"Every gardener

knows that under

the cloak of winter lies

a miracle... a seed, waiting to sprout,

a bulb opening to the light,

a bud straining to unfurl.

And the anticipation nurtures our dream." (Barbara Winkler)

The Beaverton Garden Club & Horticultural Society (BHS) is a volunteer run, non-profit organization and a member of the Ontario Horticultural Association (District 17).  We are located in Beaverton, Ontario, CANADA!  At our 2021 AGM, members voted to "nickname" our society as the Beaverton Garden Club (BGC), however, the Beaverton Horticultural Society will still remain as our legal name as required by OMAFRA.   Be sure to check out our upcoming events and event calendar.   We have lots of great speakers this year!

Our first meeting of 2023 is on April 27 with guest speaker Isia Yeo.  Guests are always welcome.
